Hi, I’m Stang, founder of Fragment.

Fragment is expanding and collaborating with multiple brands, and we’re opening up a full-time creative internship for someone who wants to learn by doing—working closely with me in-office while we build, launch, and experiment across projects.

What you’ll learn & do

• Support new product launches—from concept to execution

• Assist with packaging design and production-ready outputs

• Work with 3D printing, prototyping, and basic fabrication workflows

• Solve day-to-day creative and operational problems alongside the founder

• Contribute across design, ideation, research, and rapid iteration

• Learn social media, content creation, and basic editing through real deliverables

What we’re looking for

• No prior industry experience required

• A curious, proactive “builder” mindset and strong willingness to learn

• Comfort with hands-on work, experimentation, and fast iteration

• Clear communication, openness to feedback, and steady improvement

Work setup

• In-office, directly with the founder (Founder’s Office)

• 5 days/week, full-time

Stipend & support

• ₹25,000/month stipend

• Food and travel reimbursements
