About the role

We are looking for a creative designer who can think, design, and write. Someone who understands how brands show up today across products, websites, marketplaces, and social media. This role is for a builder. You will experiment, test, learn, and constantly raise the bar on how UP&RUN looks and sounds.

What you will do

• Design and write copy for our entire product assortment

• Create high performing creatives for social media, ads, and campaigns

• Design for marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit etc with a strong sense of conversion

• Own website visuals including banners, PDPs, and brand storytelling

• Stay on top of social media and design trends and translate them into on-brand execution

• Experiment with formats, hooks, layouts, and copy to constantly improve performance

• Work closely with the founding team to shape the visual and verbal language of the brand

What we are looking for

• Strong design fundamentals with a sharp eye for detail

• Ability to write clear, modern, scroll-stopping copy

• Deep understanding of social media, websites, and marketplace design sensibilities

• Someone who enjoys experimenting and is not afraid to try, fail, and iterate

• Interest in health, fitness, sports, or consumer brands is a big plus

• Comfortable working in a fast moving startup environment
