About the Role:

1) Lead creative strategy, branding, packaging, and marketing campaigns for a clean label beverage brand.

2) Develop original concepts and oversee their execution across digital, print, and offline channels.

3) Supervise designers, writers, and vendors to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visuals.

4) Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams for launches, activations, and on-ground promotions.

5) Review and approve creative outputs; maintain quality, timelines, and brand consistency.

6) Organize regular brainstorming, uphold structured workflows, and maintain creative asset libraries.

Requirements:

1) 2–5 years’ experience in creative/design roles.

2) Strong portfolio with branding, packaging, and multi-channel campaign samples.

3) Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign), Figma, etc..

4) Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.

5) Project management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment.

6) Onsite availability in Hyderabad-6 days a week; comfort with cross-functional collaboration.
