Role Overview:

We’re seeking a Social Media Manager who’s not just a scheduler—but a storyteller. You’ll manage our presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, helping us build a community around big ideas and breakthrough innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Own and execute our social media calendar

• Write compelling captions, hooks, and headlines that drive engagement

• Collaborate with our content editor to publish reels, carousels, and short-form videos

• Monitor performance analytics and optimize content accordingly

• Stay on top of trends in AI, tech, business, and regional developments in the UAE

• Engage with followers, creators, and communities to grow reach and build brand authority

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing social media for brands or creators

• Strong writing skills with a sense for voice, narrative, and cultural relevance

• A deep interest in AI, emerging tech, and purpose-driven innovation

• Understanding of platform-specific formats (Reels, Carousels, Shorts, LinkedIn posts, etc.)

• Bonus: Experience working in or around the UAE / GCC region

• Bonus: Familiarity with scheduling tools like Later, Buffer, or Metricool
