You'll transform strategy and research into brand worlds. That means art direction and identity for the ventures we build and the brands we work with, launch and campaign ideas for digital and on-ground, and content formats the team can shoot again month after month.

You'll lead the designers and production partners on your accounts, and write the briefs they work from: what the deliverable is, who it's for, how it should sound, the specs, and what finished looks like. You'll present to clients, explain your choices, and take feedback without giving up the core idea. We're looking for someone who understands global fashion, food, wellness and youth culture accurately, builds identities that set brands apart, and knows from experience which ideas make it through a shoot and a deadline.

REQUIREMENTS

• 4 or more years of design experience across brand and campaign work, including at least 1 year leading other creatives

• A portfolio covering brand identity and campaign work, ideally a brand you built from scratch

• Strong art direction across type, colour, imagery and app or web design, and clear reasons for your choices

• Fluency in the Adobe suite and Figma, and comfort directing motion, video and photography

• Ability to write a brief clear enough for your team to work from without you in the room

• Strong sense of structure, clarity and cultural awareness, with an interest in branding and venture building
