🎨 We’re Hiring: Design Generalist

We’re looking for a design all-rounder who can ship clean, creative work fast.

From carousels to motion graphics to ai generations to brand basics and scalable systems, you’ll balance creativity + efficiency.

What you’ll do:

• Create scroll-stopping Instagram carousels

• Set up branding basics (DPs, fonts, colors, animations)

• Experiment with AI image and video generation

• Build design systems + templates for scale

• Research global pages + adapt best practices

• Share formats/guidelines with interns for consistency

Requirements:

• 1–2 yrs experience in graphic design (social/digital focus)

• Strong portfolio (carousels, branding, layouts)

• Skilled in Adobe Suite / Figma / Canva

• Eye for trends, strong research ability

• Can handle fast-paced, high-volume design without losing quality

• Good team + communication skills

Bonus Points:

• Worked on theme/content-heavy pages

• Know AI tools / automation

• Comfortable guiding interns
