At NOCT, we're looking for a Design Quality Assurance Intern who can help maintain high standards across our creative work. You'll play an important role in reviewing, organising, and improving the quality of deliverables across branding, digital products, communication design, and creative projects.

This role is ideal for someone who has a sharp eye for detail, enjoys structured thinking, and believes that great design is not just about ideas, but also about flawless execution.

Job Requirements

1. Students and freshers with a strong eye for detail and quality can apply.

2. A portfolio, personal projects, academic work, documentation, organisational systems, or any body of work demonstrating attention to detail and structured thinking.

3. Strong organisational skills with the ability to review, document, and manage multiple deliverables.

4. Understanding of design principles, branding, layouts, visual consistency, and creative workflows is preferred.

5. Ability to identify inconsistencies and communicate feedback clearly.

6. A proactive mindset with the curiosity to improve processes and maintain quality standards.

What You'll Work On

• Review creative deliverables across graphic design, branding, digital products, marketing, and communication projects.

• Check layouts, files, content, and assets for accuracy, consistency, organisation, and alignment with project requirements.

• Ensure design outputs follow brand guidelines, systems, and quality benchmarks.

• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and missing elements before final delivery.

• Collaborate with designers and project teams to resolve quality issues and improve execution.

• Maintain documentation of feedback, observations, and quality standards.

• Support the creation and maintenance of templates, systems, and internal processes.

• Coordinate with NOCT's in-house team at the Panchgani studio and remote team members.

• Participate in creative discussions and contribute ideas to improve workflows.
