Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Graphics with a portfolio showcasing strong fundamentals of design work - Static and Motion.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, etc.)

• Basic understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual design principles.

• Strong attention to detail, with a willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative setting.

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to discuss ideas and incorporate feedback efficiently.

• Knowledge of communication design principles and a portfolio showcasing it.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responsible for ideation and conceptualization upcoming campaigns. Participate in the creative process from brainstorming and storyboarding to the final cut, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and high standards of quality.

• Work closely with the entire creative team on multiple projects to ensure cohesive storytelling and visual consistency across clients.

• Engage with production teams to ensure proper movement and delivery of campaigns

• Oversee and manage the implementation of programs and initiatives to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard

• Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to program delivery.
