About us:

Cre-AID Labs is a healthcare innovation startup building next-gen medical devices like MITHRIL Splints — India’s most modern alternative to plaster casts. We’re growing fast and looking for a creative storyteller to shape how our brand is seen across doctors, hospitals, and patients.

What You’ll Do

• Design marketing collaterals: brochures, one-pagers, social media creatives, presentations

• Create explainer & product videos (shooting + editing)

• Support campaigns for clinical programs, product launches & conferences

• Work closely with the founders on branding and communication strategy

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design & video editing (startup/healthcare a plus)

• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite / Canva / Figma + video tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, etc.)

• Ability to translate technical ideas into clear, engaging visuals

• A self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment
