Hiring: Digital Product Designer

We are looking for a highly creative and proactive Digital Product Designer with 6–10 years of experience in designing engaging, user-centered digital products. The ideal candidate should be an expert in UI/UX design, with a strong understanding of Visual Design, Interaction Design, Product Thinking, and User Behavior.

This role is well suited for someone with a strong interest in Art, Design, Illustration, and Drawing, and who brings a sharp creative eye to every project. The candidate should be able to produce high-quality design concepts, quick creatives, layouts, and product experiences while working within very tight deadlines.

The Digital Product Designer will be responsible for leading Design Projects from concept to execution, collaborating with product, marketing, development, and business teams to create seamless and visually appealing user experiences. The role requires strong creative judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to balance user needs with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop intuitive, visually compelling, and user-friendly digital product experiences across web, mobile, and other digital platforms.

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, UI designs, design systems, and high-fidelity visual assets.

• Translate business requirements and user insights into creative, functional, and effective design solutions.

• Deliver quick creatives, campaign visuals, product mockups, and design concepts when required.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of design projects.

• Manage multiple projects at the same time while meeting tight deadlines without compromising design quality.

• Lead design discussions, present ideas clearly, and justify design decisions with user-centered reasoning.

• Mentor junior designers and support the growth of the creative/design team.

• Maintain consistency in brand identity, visual language, and user experience across all digital touchpoints.

• Stay updated with design trends, digital product innovations, UI/UX best practices, and emerging creative tools.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 6–7 years of experience as a Digital Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.

• Strong expertise in UI/UX design, visual design, interaction design, and responsive design.

• Excellent portfolio showcasing digital products, creative campaigns, UI systems, and problem-solving ability.

• Strong command of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.

• Interest in art, design, drawing, illustration, visual storytelling, and creative experimentation.

• Ability to create quick, high-quality design outputs under tight timelines.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, accessibility, and design systems.

• Good managerial and team coordination skills, with the ability to guide junior designers and manage design workflows.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
