LYIK Technologies Private Limited (Bangalore) is looking for Digital Product Designers to join our team.

We are looking for a Digital Product Designer to join our Design Team and contribute to creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. As a designer, you will gain hands-on exposure to the end-to-end design process. You will work closely with senior designers, and developers, learning how ideas transform into functional products. This role is ideal for someone passionate about design and research, and is eager to learn, and ready to apply creative problem-solving skills in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Utilise design tools to create wireframes and high fidelity mock-ups

• Participate in peer reviews of design work and evaluation

• Work with team members of all levels to complete daily tasks, share design and develop knowledge, follow-up and escalate issues appropriately, and recommend design and process enhancement.

• Work alongside other Designers to conduct user research into how users work through data entry forms and obtain user feedback on existing designs that will help inform new design improvements.

• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.

• Manage layout adjustments based on user feedback.

• Adhere to style standards of the branding guidelines of the company.

Requirements:

• Competent Understanding of User Experience, Design or UI/UX field

• Good experience in UI/UX or related fields.

• Exposure to Design tools – Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

• Optionally, some knowledge about HTML, CSS, Java, React, Python

• An online portfolio or samples of relevant work

• Creative, quick on the feet and eager to learn

• Organised and prompt in communication between team members and leaders

• Committed to managing designated work with dedication towards the deadlines

• Receptive and responsive to constructive feedback

• Motivated to grow and work with us in the long haul
