We are seeking an experienced e-Learning Designer to develop e-learning fellowships for our Monsoon Academy. The ideal candidate should have expertise in designing interactive and engaging e-learning modules using authoring tools like Articulate Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS). A passion for building the Indian workforce’s capacity to address climate change is essential. You’ll work closely with content development and leadership teams to create courses with a strong focus on user experience, interactive design, and gamification.

Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (background in design, education, or climate is desirable).

3-5 years of experience in designing interactive e-learning modules.

Proficiency with e-learning tools, including Articulate Suite and LMS.

Experience with storyboarding, scenario-based learning, gamification, and interactive learning approaches.

Strong analytical skills for translating complex data into actionable insights.

Desirable: Background in UI/UX research and design thinking.

Passion for sustainability and climate education.

This is a one-year contract with the possibility of extension. Compensation is based on experience.
