We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow Burma Burma’s digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, culture, and content creation, with the ability to translate our brand identity into engaging stories that connect with audiences.

Job Description:

1. Manage, create, and schedule engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and videos across all social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
   
   

2. Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to plan and execute content calendars and campaigns.
   
   

3. Track social media trends, hashtags, and viral formats to keep the brand relevant and culturally current.
   
   

4. Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and thoughtful manner.
   
   

5. Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers to ensure visuals are aligned with brand guidelines.
   
   

6. Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports to improve strategy and drive growth.
   
   

7. Support influencer collaborations and broader digital marketing campaigns.
   
   

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
   
   

2. 1–3 years of proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably for hospitality or F&B brands.
   
   

3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
   
   

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
   
   

5. Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or video editing applications.
   
   

6. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a genuine love for storytelling.
