Fashion Design
Mid Level

The Opportunity:
The candidate will lead the end-to-end design of the service staff uniforms for our hospital-based F&B operations. As part of a broader "Uniform Differentiation" strategy, your goal is to ensure our staff is instantly recognizable as premium F&B providers, distinct from medical staff.
Key Responsibilities (Apparel & Identity)
Design & Color Strategy
Differentiation: Develop a color palette that stands out within a hospital environment (avoiding "surgical blues" or "lab-coat whites") to clearly identify F&B service staff.
IPD Formalism: Create a dedicated design for In-Patient Department (IPD) staff that skews "High-End Hospitality." Think crisp silhouettes, formal collars, and subtle branding.
Technical & Ergonomic Design
Functional Aesthetics: Balance a "Stand-out" look with the physical demands of hospital service (e.g., breathable fabrics, stain resistance, and 12-hour comfort).
Universal Legibility: Ensure that uniform insignias and name-tag placements follow the "Easy-to-Read" layout principles for patients (adults/seniors) and visitors.
Prototype & Sampling Management
Vendor Liaison: Present multiple 2D sketches.
Quality Control: Audit fabric swatches for color accuracy against the brand's master palette.
