We are seeking a visionary Fashion Designer specializing in Women’s Western Wear to join our creative team. The ideal candidate must be a master of Procreate, utilizing digital tools to transform conceptual sketches into vibrant, production-ready designs.

You will lead print development, creating original surface patterns and motifs that define our seasonal aesthetic. A profound knowledge of fabrics is essential to ensure the perfect harmony between textile properties and contemporary silhouettes. From initial mood boards to detailed tech packs, you will oversee the design lifecycle, ensuring every garment reflects our commitment to high-quality, trend-forward western fashion.

Key Responsibilities

• Collection Development: Conceptualize and design seasonal collections for western womenswear, including dresses, separates, outerwear, and coordinates.

• Print & Pattern Design: Create original prints, motifs, and patterns from scratch. You will be responsible for the entire print lifecycle, from mood board to production-ready files.

• Digital Illustration: Utilize Procreate and Adobe Creative Suite to develop high-fidelity fashion illustrations, technical flats, and digital mock-ups.

• Fabric Sourcing & Selection: Apply expert knowledge of textiles to select appropriate fabrics based on drape, weight, cost, and functionality.

• Technical Packs: Create detailed Tech Packs (BOM, measurements, construction details) to ensure seamless communication with the production team.

• Trend Analysis: Conduct ongoing research into global runway trends, street style, and color forecasts to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

• Fittings & Sampling: Oversee the sampling process, conducting fit sessions to ensure the final product meets brand standards for silhouette and quality.
