Role Overview

We’re looking for a Fashion Designer who understands that great design is not just about how something looks, but how it feels, fits, and performs.

You will play a key role in building collections end-to-end — from concept to final product — working closely with the founders, fabric team, and merchandising.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build, not just design.

What You’ll Do

1. Design & Product Development

• Design collections across loungewear, activewear, innerwear, and essentials

• Create silhouettes that balance comfort, functionality, and style

• Develop both seasonal drops and core evergreen products

• Ensure strong fit, finish, and wearability across products

2. Fabric-First Design

• Work closely with fabric and sourcing teams to design around fabric properties

• Understand stretch, breathability, softness, durability, and fall

• Contribute to development of new fabric blends and finishes

3. Trend & Market Awareness

• Stay updated with global trends in comfort wear and essentials

• Translate trends into wearable, brand-aligned products

• Benchmark against leading global brands and adapt for our customer

4. Sampling & Production

• Oversee sampling, fittings, and iterations

• Work with production teams to ensure design integrity is maintained

• Troubleshoot fit, construction, and finishing issues

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in fashion design (preferably in loungewear/activewear/essentials)

• Strong understanding of fabrics, fits, and garment construction

• A sharp eye for detail and a bias for high-quality finishes

• Ability to balance creativity with commercial thinking

• Someone who moves fast, takes ownership, and is excited to build
