About the Opportunity

Flashback is a luxury furniture brand crafting timeless, made-to-order pieces for modern Indian homes and hospitality spaces—where design meets storytelling and culture.

We are looking for a highly adaptable and creatively driven Founder’s Office Intern to work directly with the founder across content, brand, operations, and collaborations.

This is not a conventional internship role. The position involves a mix of:

• Assisting in shoots and content production

• Editing short-form social media content

• Coordinating with creators and collaborators

• Representing the brand at events and meetings

• Managing leads and stakeholder communication

• Supporting logistics and backend coordination

The role is hybrid and ideal for someone looking to grow into a long-term full-time position within the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist in shoots, styling, and content execution

• Edit Instagram Reels and short-form content

• Coordinate with creators and collaborators

• Support communication with clients and stakeholders

• Help manage inbound leads and follow-ups

• Assist with logistics and operational coordination

• Represent the brand during events and activations

• Work closely with the founder across creative and business functions
