What you’ll own:

• Shoots & Website – Plan, execute, and art-direct product shoots. Translate that into a tight, highconversion website experience

• Marketing Material – Execute creatives for social, ads, emails. Keep brand voice consistent and alive

• Strategy & Roadmaps – Lead campaign planning across launches, festivals, drops

• Channel Execution – Build non-Meta-led growth: retention journeys, referral programs, UGC, partnerships, earned media

• Data/Insight integration – Use data/feedback to iterate brand experiments

• Brand Collaborations – Identify, pitch, and execute collabs that make cultural sense

• Stakeholder Management – Coordinate with internal teams, freelancers, creators, and partners

• Team Building – Help hire and mentor the future marketing/design/content team as we scale
