As a Freelance Graphic Designer, you’ll partner with the Evolved creative team to deliver high-quality design work across a range of projects. Working under the direction of senior designers, art directors, and producers, you’ll help bring creative concepts to life through compelling visuals that align with brand identity, campaign goals, and client expectations.

You’ll collaborate closely with the team in a fast-paced environment, contributing your skills and expertise to ensure consistency, attention to detail, and strong craft across all deliverables. This role is well suited to a designer who’s confident executing design independently, receptive to feedback, and comfortable jumping into established workflows and brand systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design process across multiple projects, delivering high-quality visuals in line with provided art direction

• Collaborate with designers, art directors, and producers to develop and refine visual content that aligns with campaign goals and brand identity

• Apply strong problem-solving skills to design challenges, offering creative solutions that meet client needs and follow best practices and brand guidelines

• Manage assigned design tasks independently, balancing priorities and deadlines to meet project requirements

• Translate art direction into polished design outcomes while maintaining consistency within established brand systems

• Follow QA processes to ensure accurate, high-quality, and error-free outputs

• Actively seek, interpret, and apply feedback from Art Directors and Senior Designers to strengthen design execution

• Develop and execute original design content, considering colour, typography, imagery, layout, and format requirements

• Stay across industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies, applying relevant learnings to improve efficiency and creative output

• Contribute positively to team culture while engaged on projects, collaborating professionally and supporting shared creative standards
