We are a Delhi NCR–based furniture manufacturing studio delivering high-end, custom furniture for 5-star hotel groups and elite private clients.
We operate at the intersection of design precision and craftsmanship. The firm produces furniture that meets international luxury hospitality standards while maintaining artisanal integrity.
Our ambition is to build one of India’s most respected fine furniture ateliers, known for design rigour, execution discipline, and uncompromising quality.
Role Summary
This role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of furniture pieces from design development to factory-floor execution and final quality approval.
You will not operate as a desk-only designer. You will be accountable for ensuring that what is designed is buildable, built correctly, and delivered at luxury-grade quality standards.
What You Will Do
Design Ownership
• Develop production-ready technical drawings (AutoCAD mandatory).
• Create detailed joinery drawings and finish specifications.
• Validate design feasibility against manufacturing constraints.
• Prepare BOQs and material schedules.Factory Execution
• Translate drawings into clear production instructions.
• Supervise carpenters, upholsterers, polishers, and metal fabricators.
• Track build progress against timelines.
• Resolve on-floor execution gaps in real time.Quality Control Accountability
You are responsible for quality at three stages:
• Pre-production: Raw material verification and specification alignment.
• In-process: Structural integrity, joinery accuracy, dimensional tolerance.
• Post-production: Finish quality, upholstery detailing, hardware alignment, final stability checks.
Minimum Qualifications
• 2-4 years of experience in furniture design and manufacturing supervision.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with carpenters and upholsterers.
• Strong understanding of:
o Joinery systems
o Veneers and polishing techniques
o Upholstery construction
o Hardware integration
o Wood species and material behaviour
Required Software Skills
• AutoCAD (Advanced – Mandatory)
• SketchUp (Detailed modelling)
• MS Excel (BOQs & costing basics)
Preferred:
• 3ds Max / Rhino
• V-Ray / Enscape
• CNC-ready drawing knowledge

Your portfolio must demonstrate:
• Technical furniture drawings (not only renders)

• Documentation of quality checks (if available)
