The Opportunity:
Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
This role goes beyond ad management — you will be responsible for end-to-end performance optimization, including tracking setup, landing page optimization, conversion rate improvement, and reporting.
You should be equally comfortable inside ad platforms, analytics tools, and collaborating with designers/developers to improve conversion performance.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Ads Strategy & Execution
Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across:
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
Build full-funnel campaigns (awareness → retargeting → conversion)
Manage budgets and optimize for ROAS, CPA, and LTV
Conversion Tracking & Analytics
Set up and manage:
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Meta Pixel & Conversion API
Implement event tracking (form fills, purchases, calls, etc.)
Ensure accurate attribution across platforms
Troubleshoot tracking issues and data discrepancies
Landing Page Optimization (CRO)
Audit and optimize landing pages for conversion
Collaborate with designers/developers (WordPress, Elementor, Shopify)
Improve:
Page speed
UX/UI flow
Messaging and offer clarity
Mobile responsiveness
Run A/B tests on headlines, layouts, CTAs, and offers
Performance Optimization
Continuously optimize campaigns based on:
CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
Test creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and funnels
Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency
Identify and eliminate wasted spend
Reporting & Insights
Build clear, actionable reports (weekly/monthly)
Translate data into insights and strategy recommendations
Use tools like:
Google Looker Studio (Data Studio)
GA4 dashboards
Present performance and next steps to internal team/clients
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
Strong understanding of:
Funnel strategy
Conversion tracking & attribution
Performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV)
Hands-on experience with:
Google Tag Manager
GA4
Meta Pixel & CAPI
Experience optimizing landing pages for conversions
Familiarity with:
WordPress (Elementor preferred)
Shopify (a plus)
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience with:
Semrush
Basic understanding of SEO & landing page structure
Experience in agency environment
Copywriting skills for ads and landing pages
