About the Role

Vikksit Hospitality owns and operates 3 hospitality projects in Hyderabad, amongst them are Kadamba - a rooftop bar, Orlo - An Indian Cuisines restaurant and Naad - a Coffee Universe.

As a Graphic and Creative Design lead at Vikksit Hospitality, you'll help build storytelling for each of the brands, build unique IPs, develop fresh creative ideas which will be brought to life while being guided by a team that strives to bring some of the top restaurants and eateries to life. Vikksit is looking for a team member who is willing to explore different creative formats, go against the trends and believe in alternate design language for the distinctive identities.

This role asks for hands-on experience and is open to all no matter the experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design creative assets for digital, print and event-related needs.

2. Interpret creative briefs and adhere to brand guidelines.

3. Create layouts and image assets, and adapt designs for multiple platforms.

4. Assist in developing mood boards, visual research, and campaign design kits.

5. Collaborate with content and social media teams to produce cohesive materials.

6. Brainstorm new ideas and interpret ways to execute these ideas.

Key Deliverables

1. Comprehensive design decks for marketing campaigns

2. Final social media creative assets across various formats

3. Event collaterals, menus, invitations and product tags

Qualifications

1. Proficiency with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.)

2. Basic understanding of design principles and typography

3. Ability to work within brand guidelines while bringing creative ideas

4. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

5. Portfolio demonstrating relevant design skills
