The Opportunity:
Responsibilities
Design Creation: Create, edit, and modify graphics, layouts, and templates for both digital and print media (social media, websites, flyers).
Production Assistance: Prepare final production-ready files and assist with image resizing, color correction, and formatting.
Brand Alignment: Maintain consistency across all projects according to brand guidelines.
Collaboration: Participate in brainstorming sessions and work with teams to understand project requirements.
Feedback & Iteration: Receive and apply feedback from senior designers to improve work.
Requirements
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with tools like Figma or Sketch.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating basic design principles (typography, layout, color theory).
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong time management, and a willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback.
