E-commerce Graphic Designer – Listings & Ads (Mid-Level)
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and performance-oriented E-commerce Graphic Designer to design high-impact product visuals for marketplaces and paid advertising. The role focuses on Amazon listing images, A+ creatives, and ad assets optimized for conversion across India, USA, and UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Design Amazon main images, secondary images, and infographics
Create A+ / Brand Store creatives
Design creatives for Meta, Amazon Ads, display, and promotional campaigns
Ensure compliance with Amazon image guidelines and ad specifications
Optimize creatives based on CTR, conversion data, and performance insights
Maintain visual consistency across product catalogs
Collaborate with content and video teams
Required Qualifications
3–5 years experience in e-commerce or marketplace graphic design
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Strong skills in product retouching, masking, and layout design
Experience designing conversion-focused infographics
Understanding of marketplace and ad platform requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Figma or Sketch
Motion/GIF creation skills
Exposure to international brand design
KPIs
CTR improvement on listing images
Conversion uplift post creative refresh
Creative approval and compliance rate
Turnaround time per SKU
Paid Test Task (Mandatory)
Task:
Design 1 main image + 2 infographic images
Use a provided product image & brief
Explain design choices (visual hierarchy, benefits highlighted)
Evaluation Criteria
Visual clarity & hierarchy
Conversion logic
Marketplace compliance
