Role & Responsibilities

* Develop creative strategies, mood boards, and concept directions for beauty brands.

* Craft compelling narratives and storytelling that enhance brand identity.

* Ideate and execute high-end visual concepts for campaigns, packaging, and digital content.

* Research market trends, consumer insights, and cultural influences to inform design decisions.

* Collaborate with international teams to ensure brand alignment and premium aesthetics.

What We’re Looking For

* Experience in design strategy, concept development, and storytelling for luxury or beauty brands.

* A strong portfolio showcasing strategic design, mood boards, and visual storytelling.

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and presentation tools.

* A deep understanding of beauty aesthetics, consumer psychology, and branding.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with attention to detail.
