Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a penchant for creative, branded content development as well as the ability to capture the pulse of the moment visually. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for fashion, aesthetics, typography and layout, and a deep understanding of translating cultural moments to inspirational, intuitive design. The candidate will collaborate closely with our content, marketing, and product teams to produce high-quality page designs that enhance our brand's image and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Design/ Create/ adapt digital assets for landing pages, app creatives, PNs, Rcs and performance marketing campaigns.

• Support senior designers in developing visual directions for brand campaigns and seasonal launches.

• Work on design adaptations across multiple formats and platforms, ensuring consistency and quality.

• Create engaging social media creatives aligned with the brand’s tone and style.

• Stay updated with fashion, design, and digital trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.

• Ensure brand guidelines are maintained across all creative outputs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, category, content) for timely delivery of creatives.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Graphic/ Communication Design, Fashion Communication, or related field. From Tier one design college like NIFT, NID, Pearl, Srishti etc.

• Min 2 years of experience in digital design

• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).

• A good understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

• Interest in fashion, e-commerce, and digital-first design.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail.

• A creative mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
