Co-creating solutions to pressing issues in housing, food and water through design and build of sustainable communities and living spaces, regenerative agriculture and ecological restoration, water management and conservation.

Role Overview


We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our in-house team. The role will involve creating visuals that reflect GoodEarth’s design philosophy and communicate our work across projects, events, products, and initiatives. From social media campaigns to brochures, exhibitions to digital storytelling, your designs will help us reach wider audiences while staying true to our brand ethos.


Key Responsibilities


• Design graphics for digital platforms (social media, website, newsletters) and print (brochures, posters, exhibition materials, packaging).

• Work with the Marketing & Communications team to translate campaign ideas into impactful visual stories.

• Ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (photographers, printers, fabricators) to deliver quality outputs.

• Stay up to date with design trends and explore creative ways to present GoodEarth’s narrative.


Requirements


• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Canva.

• Bonus: illustration skills, video editing
