GoodEarth is a multidisciplinary design practice in Bengaluru working across architecture, landscape, ecology, restoration and agriculture. We bring together different disciplines to create thoughtful spaces and sustainable environments, with a strong connection to people and the natural world.

The role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who understands design beyond the screen. Someone who can take ideas from architecture, landscape and ecology and turn them into compelling visuals. You’ll work across brand identity, publications, presentations, digital content and print, bringing your own ideas to the table and taking them from concept to execution.

What you’ll do

• Develop visual identities and creative directions for GoodEarth and its projects

• Translate architectural, landscape and ecological ideas into engaging visual stories

• Design presentations, publications, project profiles, brochures and social media creatives

• Create diagrams, illustrations, infographics and other visual communication

• Explore digital and physical mediums, from website graphics to print and spatial applications

• Collaborate with different teams to understand projects and develop ideas

• Take ownership of design tasks from the first idea to the final output

Who you are

• Have a background in graphic design, visual communication, communication design or a related field

• Have a strong eye for typography, layout, colour and composition

• Understand brand identity and enjoy building a consistent visual language

• Are curious about architecture, landscape, ecology and the built environment

• Enjoy exploring ideas, experimenting with different approaches and working across mediums

• Are organised, efficient and comfortable taking initiative
