About the Role

We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer Intern to join our creative team. This is a hands-on opportunity to work alongside experienced designers on real client projects, contributing to everything from brand identity systems to digital assets and marketing collateral.

As an intern at Belgana, you'll be embedded in our project workflow, supporting designers across our core service areas while developing your craft in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You'll have direct mentorship and the chance to see your work ship to real users.

What You'll Do

• Design and create visual assets for brand identity projects, including logos, color systems, typography frameworks, and brand guidelines

• Develop graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print materials

• Support UI/UX design work by creating visual components, icons, and design system assets

• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure design implementation quality

• Iterate on designs based on feedback from the team and clients

• Organize design files, maintain version control, and document design decisions

• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorms and design critiques

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Strong fundamentals in visual design: typography, color theory, composition, and hierarchy

• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent)

• Portfolio demonstrating graphic design work, whether academic or self-directed

• Attention to detail and commitment to pixel perfect execution

• Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate quickly

• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills

• Clear communication and collaboration mindset

Nice to Have:

• Experience with motion design or animation

• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries

• Understanding of web design principles and responsive design

• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design

• Experience with Framer or web development platforms

• Portfolio projects involving brand identity or complete design systems
