Zerocircle is a material science company with one mission: to remove microplastics from everyday products.

We make packaging materials from seaweed and other plant polymers, together known as natural polymers. Our clients are food, fashion and CPG brands across India, Europe, the Middle East and North America.

And we are expanding.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer / Visualiser to help our marketing and communications team explain the science to a global audience. Our work spans materials, packaging, technology and brand, so no two briefs look the same. One week you could be developing a campaign visual. The next, turning a technical product story into a carousel that a restaurant owner actually understands.

The Role Has Three Parts

• Conceptualising: Developing visual routes, references and creative directions from a brief or a rough thought.

• Visualising: Turning those directions into key visuals, layouts and design systems that communicate the idea clearly.

• Executing: Taking the chosen direction through to polished, production-ready artwork across every format we need.

What You'll Own

Zerocircle is still figuring out what it looks like. You won't just be applying someone else's brand book. You'll help build the one we use for the next five years, across social, campaigns, decks, packaging and the website.

What We're Looking For

• Has 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience

• Has a portfolio showing original conceptual work, not just execution

• Can develop a visual idea independently from a written brief

• Has a strong command of typography, composition, colour, grids and hierarchy

• Is proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator, and comfortable with Figma (InDesign would be a plus)

• Has designed for social, especially carousel and editorial-style formats where the visual has to carry an explanation

• Comfortable working across digital and print, from LinkedIn to packaging to event collateral

• Can build one visual idea into a consistent system across multiple assets

• Can manage multiple briefs and meet tight timelines

How We Work

We're a startup, so some weeks several things need to land at once. But we'd rather give a good idea the time it needs than ship a rushed one. You'll have clear priorities and room to make your own calls within them.
