Role Overview

We are looking for a mid-level Graphic Designer with strong expertise in packaging design and branding. The ideal candidate is resourceful, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company with limited resources. This role requires both creative thinking and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging and market-ready toy packaging

• Develop and maintain brand-consistent visual assets

• Create product graphics, instruction manuals, marketing creatives, and promotional materials

• Prepare print-ready files with strong understanding of layouts, dielines, color systems, and production requirements

• Contribute ideas for improving visual identity and customer experience

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design (preferably in packaging or FMCG/product-based industries)

• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging and print design work\

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

• Understanding of print processes, material constraints, and production coordination

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

• Self-driven, resourceful, and proactive mindset

• Ability to ideate, collaborate, and execute independently
