About the Role

You will be a key creative contributor to the visual communication of Arya Medical College & Hospital across hospital branding, academic communication, admissions outreach, social media, events, awareness campaigns, internal communication, and promotional assets.

You should be able to combine strong design fundamentals with speed, ownership, and brand thinking. We are looking for someone who can move beyond execution and actively contribute ideas that elevate our communication.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Designing high-quality creatives for digital, print, and on-campus branding

• Creating impactful visuals for social media, campaigns, events, awareness drives, admissions, hospital promotions, standees, brochures, banners, presentations, and outdoor branding

• Translating briefs from hospital, academic, and management teams into strong visual concepts

• Maintaining a consistent and premium brand language across every communication touchpoint

• Supporting visual storytelling around patient care, student life, institutional achievements, outreach initiatives, and medical awareness

• Adapting designs across formats while maintaining speed, quality, and accuracy

• Collaborating with content, marketing, and operations teams to execute campaigns end to end

• Contributing fresh ideas that help AMCH stand out in an increasingly competitive healthcare and education landscape

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, brand communication, or visual content

• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

• Good understanding of layout, typography, color, hierarchy, and visual storytelling

• Ability to handle both high-volume execution and concept-led design work

• Experience designing for social media, print collaterals, events, and institutional branding

• A portfolio that reflects both creativity and professionalism

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders

• Experience in healthcare, education, hospital branding, or institutional communication will be an added advantage
