About the Role

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our high-output in-house content team. You’ll work directly with the Founder, Creative Director, and core creative team, helping turn brand vision into bold, clean, premium visuals.

This role gives you space to express your passion for design — the reason you became a designer in the first place. Your work will be visible across social media, packaging, Amazon core assets, ads, and brand touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Execution

Design social media creatives, ads, website banners, email visuals, and landing page assets

Create Amazon creatives (listing images, A+ Content, storefront visuals)

Support packaging, labels, inserts, and print materials

Maintain visual consistency across all channels

Brand & Systems

Work within and help evolve BareLabs’ design system

Apply brand guidelines with precision

Maintain a high bar for visual quality

Collaboration

Be part of a high-output content team

Work closely with the Founder, Creative Director, and marketing teams

Translate feedback into fast, thoughtful iterations

Deliver consistently under tight timelines

Required Skills & Experience

2–4 years of professional graphic design experience

Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

Good fundamentals in:

• Typography

• Layout

• Color theory

• Visual hierarchy

Experience with digital-first or consumer brands

Good to Have

• E-commerce / DTC / Amazon creative experience

• Basic motion skills (After Effects or simple animations)

• Familiarity with Figma

• Print and packaging experience
