Requirements
Strong design expertise with a proven portfolio.
Ability to design for video—crafting visuals that elevate storytelling and brand impact.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite & Figma, plus familiarity with AI design tools.
Traits We're Looking For
Leadership qualities and confidence to own creative direction.
Experience leading projects and building design processes from scratch.
Bonus Points If
You have familiarity with UI design or 3D workflows.
What You'll Do
Lead visual direction for brand campaigns, from initial concept to flawless execution.
Collaborate with creative directors, writers, and strategists to bring ideas to life.
Design for multiple formats – social, video, OOH, print, experiential, and beyond.
Experiment with AI-assisted tools to enhance creativity and speed up output.
Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries.
Stay ahead of trends in visual culture, technology, and advertising.
