In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics, layouts, and illustrations that align with our brand aesthetics and project goals. Your designs will shape the look and feel of our brand across digital, print, and in-store experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design: Create and design digital and print assets, including social media graphics, websites, email templates, brochures, posters, and more.

• Illustration: Create original illustrations for various projects, including branding, campaigns, and editorial content.

• Concept Development: Assist senior designers in brainstorming and developing concepts for client projects.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including designers, copywriters, and marketing teams, to ensure the visual direction aligns with project objectives.

• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all channels.

• Feedback and Revisions: Accept and incorporate feedback from senior designers and clients, revising designs as needed.

• Asset Preparation: Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring files are correctly formatted and optimized for different platforms (print, web, etc.).

Qualifications:

Education: A bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a design studio or agency environment.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).

• Strong illustration skills and the ability to create original and creative designs.

• Good understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.

• Familiarity with web design principles, including responsive design.

• Knowledge of print production processes (if applicable).

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio displaying a mix of graphic design and illustration work, including both personal and professional projects.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to take feedback and work collaboratively.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to pay attention to detail and deliver high-quality work consistently.

• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Agency or F&B brand experience would be preferable.
