I’m working on a new project called Bombay Basecamp—a boutique social hostel located in the Fort area of Mumbai. The space is designed to blend elevated interiors, hotel-level cleanliness, and a vibrant community vibe to offer a stay experience at par with top international hostels. We’re targeting young travelers and solo backpackers looking for something more memorable than the typical party hostel.

As we gear up for launch, I’m looking for a designer to help build out our brand identity and visual collateral—someone who can bring both polish and personality to the table. Based on the scope, I wanted to share the list of deliverables we’d need so you can get an idea of what’s involved and share an estimate if it’s a good fit

Brand Identity

- Primary logo (in vector, print, and digital formats: .AI, .SVG, .PDF, .PNG, .JPG)

- Secondary logo / alternate lockups (horizontal, stacked, etc.)

- Icon / monogram version (for favicons, wristbands, stickers)

- Logo variations (full color, black, white, single-color)

- Brand color palette (with CMYK, RGB, HEX codes)

- Typography system (with usage guidelines)

- A brand pattern or texture (tileable, high-res)

Print & Operational Collateral

- Signage design (reception, rooms, kitchen, etc.)

- Hostel check-in card or welcome sheet

- Hostel orientation map (hand-drawn or illustrative)

- Event calendar template (editable)

- Hostel posters (house rules, vibe posters, event promos)

Merchandise

- Sticker pack (multiple styles and formats)

- Instagram logo icon + highlight covers

- Instagram templates (posts and stories)

- OTA listing header/banner image

- Favicon and key web UI elements (e.g. button or page banner styling)
