About the Role

We are looking for a graphic designer who can go beyond design and bring ideas to life. This role is for someone who understands not just visuals but the story behind the visuals, someone who can translate concepts into compelling designs and digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create impactful and visually engaging designs for:

  • Social media

  • Marketing campaigns

  • Website and landing pages

  • Product communication

• Develop visual storytelling concepts that align with brand messaging and business goals

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content-driven creatives

• Contribute to website design and UI layouts with a strong sense of aesthetics and usability

• Bring new ideas for campaigns, visual formats, and content strategies

• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all platforms

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.)

• Solid understanding of visual storytelling and content creation

• Basic understanding of web design/UI principles

• Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into compelling visuals

• Strong attention to detail and aesthetics

• Good communication and collaboration skills

Bonus (Good to Have)

• Experience in a healthcare/tech/startup environment

• Knowledge of branding and campaign planning

• Basic video editing/creation skills
