We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our team full-time, onsite in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate Fleck’s ethos into compelling visual communication across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

-Conceptualize and design graphics for digital (social media, website, emailers) and print (packaging, catalogues, lookbooks, marketing collaterals).

-Work closely with the brand, product, and partnerships teams to create consistent and high-quality visual assets.

-Support campaign development with moodboards, layouts, and design directions.

-Develop product presentation mockups and assist in creating engaging visual stories for Fleck’s collections.

-Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and printers to ensure brand consistency.Stay updated on design trends while maintaining Fleck’s distinctive design language.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

- 2–3 years of experience in a graphic design role (in-house or agency).

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Motion Graphics

- Knowledge of video editing tools is a plus.

- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.

- Experience in designing for lifestyle, fashion, or homeware brands preferred.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.

- A creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling.
