The Role

We're looking for Graphic Designers with 3-5 years of experience in the event industry. You'll be at the heart of our design and production team, bringing alive event concepts through powerful visuals, presentations, stage/backdrop design, collaterals, and immersive design storytelling.

This role is fast-paced, creatively demanding, and deeply rewarding-perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, loves the adrenaline of events, and wants to be part of something bigger.

What You'll Do

* Conceptualise and design event-related collaterals, presentations, stage backdrops, digital creatives, motion graphics, and immersive visual experiences.

* Work closely with creative directors, producers, and client servicing teams to translate briefs into stunning design outputs.

* Drive creativity across corporate events, large-format experiences, and IP projects.

* Maintain brand consistency while pushing boundaries of creativity.

* Handle multiple projects with agility and focus in event timelines.

Who You Are

* 3-5 years of hands-on graphic design experience specifically in the event industry.

* Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). Knowledge of 3D visualisation software (SketchUp or Blender) is a big plus.

* A creative problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset.

* Curious, dynamic, and self-motivated, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.

* Someone who thrives in a demanding yet incredibly rewarding environment.

* A team player who also has the initiative to lead design thinking.

Compensation

We're offering 6 LPA - 10 LPA, depending on experience and fit.
