The Role:

goodAds.ai are looking for a Graphic Designer who is passionate about design and eager to make an impact. You'll be responsible for creating high-quality ad creatives and marketing assets—both for goodAds.ai's internal campaigns and for our clients (primarily based in the US).

What You'll Do:

• Design compelling ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram • Create marketing assets such as banners, social media graphics, advertising collateral, blog images, website assets, mockups, etc. • Work closely with our success, production, and client teams to meet creative goals • Take ownership of design projects from concept to execution • Ensure consistency with goodAds.ai's and client's brand and visual identity

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design/Visual Communications or similar field • 3-5 years of professional Graphic Design experience (preferably in digital marketing or advertising) • Excellent typography skills • Strong portfolio showcasing creative work, especially for social media • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Figma or equivalent tools • Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to follow brand guidelines • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects • Good communication skills and openness to feedback • Strong work ethic and adherence to tight deadlines

Strongly preferred but not required:

• Motion design/video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Capcut, or any other relevant tool) • Familiarity with performance marketing or social media advertising

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of UI Design
