About the Role

Identity India is seeking a skilled and driven Graphic Designer to join our creative team. If you’re passionate about creating designs that drive real-world impact and love working across industries this is your chance to work on diverse projects ranging from digital creatives to print design, branding, and social campaigns.

You’ll play a key role in shaping visual identities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality design solutions that align with business goals.

Responsibilities

1. Design compelling digital and print creatives for social media, campaigns, ads, presentations, and branding collaterals

2. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, strategy) to understand creative briefs and bring ideas to life

3. Develop visual identity systems including logos, typography, color palettes, and layout templates

4. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timely delivery

5. Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices

What We’re Looking For?

1. 2 to 6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related creative field

2. Proficiency in any major design tool— Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, Figma, or equivalent

3. Strong portfolio showcasing original design thinking across digital and/or print

4, A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, color theory, and layout design

5. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment

6. Reliability in meeting deadlines and collaborating within a creative team
