MASH Impact is seeking a passionate Senior Designer, Communication and Content Programs to support our communications team and help us amplify our impact

1. Responsible for ideation and conceptualization upcoming campaigns. Participate in the creative process from brainstorming and storyboarding to the final cut, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and high standards of quality.

2. Work closely with the entire creative team on multiple projects to ensure cohesive storytelling and visual consistency across clients.

3. Engage and enable multi-stakeholder coordination required for the execution of the Campaign

4. Responsible for proper data inventory management and systems creation for campaign management

5. Engage with production teams to ensure proper movement and delivery of campaigns

6. Oversee and manage the implementation of programs and initiatives to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard

7. Lead and supervise a team of program managers, coordinators, and other staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback as needed.

8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partner organizations, funders, and community leaders

9. Manage budgets and financial reporting, ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently.

10. Represent the organization at events and meetings, providing updates and presentations on program activities and outcomes

11. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to program delivery

12. Develop and implement processes and systems to ensure the effective operation of programs and initiatives

13. Organise multiple projects, adjust to shifting priorities, and maintain deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Graphics or Video editing, with a portfolio showcasing strong fundamentals of design work – Static and Motion.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, etc.)

• Basic understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual design principles.

• Strong attention to detail, with a willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative setting.

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to discuss ideas and incorporate feedback efficiently.

• Knowledge of communication design principles and an interest in sustainable development goals (SDGs) is a plus.
