You will own all visual design needs across ads, social media, landing pages, email assets, and interim brand requirements. Responsibilities include creating high-performance ad creatives (static + motion), producing consistent social content, and rapidly iterating on founder feedback. You should be fluent in Figma/Adobe Suite, comfortable with performance-driven creative testing, and able to turn around assets quickly. Strong aesthetic judgment, ability to translate loose briefs into polished outputs, and experience designing for D2C or wellness/tech brands is preferred. You’ll work closely with the founders and growth team to deliver assets that directly impact acquisition and brand perception.
