Rynox Gears is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for visual storytelling and a strong portfolio showcasing expertise across digital and print design. This role involves creating impactful designs for social media, product packaging, and promotional materials, both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Design

• Create visually appealing, on-brand graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Develop creative content for campaigns, stories, and advertisements.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align designs with campaign objectives.

Product Packaging

• Design packaging that is both functional and visually striking.

• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and product specifications.

• Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure high-quality output.

Promotional Materials

• Design banners for online use (website, digital ads) and offline events (posters, standees, hoardings).

• Adapt designs across sizes, formats, and platforms while maintaining brand consistency.

• Brainstorm new creative concepts for promotional campaigns.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design projects.

• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the lifestyle, retail, or e-commerce industry is a plus.

• Knowledge of additional design tools such as Adobe InDesign or After Effects is an added advantage.
