About the Role:

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Designer who understands Digital Marketing—someone who can create high-impact visuals that drive Engagement, Brand Value, and Lead Generation in a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design creatives for digital platforms – Social Media, Ads, Emailers, Landing Pages, and Website

· Create performance-driven ad creatives for LinkedIn, Google, and campaigns

· Develop marketing collaterals – Brochures, Flyers, Visiting Cards, Booklets, Coffee Table Books

· Design infographics, presentations, and pitch decks for B2B communication

· Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints

· Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and GTM execution

Required Skills:

· Strong skills in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (InDesign is a plus)

· Good understanding of Digital Marketing (Ads, Social Media, Landing Pages, Email Design)

· Ability to design for both Online and Offline mediums

· Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual storytelling

· Understanding of B2B Branding and Communication

· Experience with AI tools for creative design acceleration (image generation, content ideation, design automation)

Eligibility:

· Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field

· Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design + digital marketing

· Strong portfolio showcasing digital and offline design work

· Basic understanding of performance marketing and content design

· Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

Industry Preference (Important):

· Experience in Automotive, Mobility, Telematics, SaaS, or Technology-driven companies preferred

· Background in B2B Technology, Consulting, or Automotive ecosystem is highly preferred

· Candidates with only B2C / consumer brand experience are not suitable for this role
