We are hiring a Graphic Designer to join us at TRD Studios.

We need someone who can shape creative design solutions and follow clear processes. You will create and follow brand guidelines, produce assets, and prepare client deliverables. You will also work with our Service Designers to visualise structures and systems so they become clear visual messages.

This is a full-time in-office role based in Hyderabad. We are looking for someone who can join at once. The annual CTC is up to 7.2 lakh plus variable pay, based on experience.

What you will do:

• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and timelines

• Brainstorm and conceptualise visuals

• Prepare rough ideas and present them

• Develop illustrations, logos, documentation, and other design material

• Pick colours, layouts, and visual elements that support the message

• Create and follow brand guidelines

• Work with writers, marketing, and other teams

• Support Service Designers in turning systems and structures into visuals

• Present work to clients and take feedback

• Review final layouts and suggest improvements

• Plan timelines and meet deadlines

• Manage multiple projects with attention to detail

• Document your workflow each day

What we look for:

• 0 to 3 years of experience

• Degree in design or equivalent experience

• Strong skills in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop

• Familiar with Canva and Figma

• Creative and detail-oriented

• Good organisation and time management

• Clear understanding of design trends

• Strong communication skills
