ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our creative team at Digikult. You will work across branding, packaging, social media, and company communication projects, helping turn ideas into clear, engaging, and visually strong designs.

The role involves working closely with our design and strategy teams, understanding client requirements, developing concepts, and taking designs from initial ideas to final execution across both digital and print formats.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop brand identities, including logos, typography, color systems, brand guidelines, and supporting visual assets.

• Design packaging and print collateral such as labels, boxes, brochures, catalogues, company profiles, and marketing materials.

• Create engaging social media creatives and visual content while maintaining brand consistency.

• Design company portfolios, presentations, pitch decks, and corporate communication materials.

• Create concepts, moodboards, layouts, illustrations, and visual directions based on project requirements.

• Prepare designs for digital and print production, ensuring proper specifications and execution.

• Work closely with senior designers and other team members to develop and refine design concepts.

• Take feedback constructively and iterate designs to reach the required outcome.

• Maintain organized design files and ensure consistency across different brand touchpoints.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; knowledge of InDesign/Figma is a plus.

• Ability to think conceptually and translate ideas into strong visual outcomes.

• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• A portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, social media, or other graphic design work.

• Ability to work from our Rajkot office and collaborate with the team in person.
