Role overview

You'll own the visual identity and design output across the company, creating materials that support sales, client meetings, and internal communication.

Responsibilities

• Design flyers and marketing collateral for various campaigns and client segments

• Create presentation decks for client meetings, internal reviews, and pitches

• Design business cards and other branded stationery

• Develop UX/UI elements for digital touchpoints (website, app, or internal tools)

• Produce a range of ad hoc design assets as business needs arise (social media creatives, brochures, signage, etc.)

• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all materials

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience

• Strong portfolio showing range across print, digital, and presentation design

• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar)

• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple design requests with quick turnaround

• Good communication skills to understand briefs accurately

Nice to have

• Experience designing for insurance, financial services, or B2B companies

• Familiarity with AI tools
