Key Responsibilities

● UI/UX Design: Design and prototype intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our digital products. This includes creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.

● Graphic Design & Visual Branding: Develop and maintain our brand identity through the creation of a wide range of compelling visual assets. This includes designing icons, illustrations, marketing collateral, social media graphics, presentations, and other brand materials.

● User Research: Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions and identify areas for improvement.

● Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with Designers, Marketeers, content strategists and other stakeholders throughout the entire process. You'll translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions and contribute to a truly integrated process.

● Systems Thinking: Approach design challenges with a holistic, systems-oriented mindset. You'll think about how design decisions impact the entire user journey and product ecosystem, including the overall brand narrative.

● Experimentation: Identify user pain points and propose creative, innovative solutions. We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo, iterate quickly, and explore new tools and techniques.

Required Qualifications

● A strong portfolio showcasing a range of work from both digital product design and brand-focused graphic design.

● Proven professional experience as a UI/UX Designer and Graphic Designer.

● Proficiency with industry-standard design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).

● Solid understanding of responsive design principles and a keen eye for visual aesthetics and detail.

● Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
