We’re looking for a graphic designer to join our team! No 10 years of work experience or fancy pedigree required; we just want an eye for detail, hunger for good craft and proficiency in AI tools.

If you’re a team player with strong agency, (a “self-starter” as they say), we’re looking for you! We need someone who can hit the ground running.

We’re looking for:

• Natural aesthetic sensibility. You see design well.

• Communication skills. You can articulate why something works or doesn't, and defend your choices with clarity

• Proficiency with AI tools for design and content creation, whether it's image generation, design acceleration, or other creative applications

• High agency and ownership mindset. You're comfortable making decisions, taking direction lightly, and pushing back when you have a strong conviction

• Willingness to learn. We're a small, energetic team figuring it out together. We're not looking for perfection—we're looking for good intent, genuine curiosity, and the ability to grow
